How does ShipSmart work?

ShipSmart gives you a unique Miami shipping address to use when shopping online. We receive your packages, consolidate them into fewer boxes to reduce fees, and deliver them to your preferred Carrier for final delivery.

How much can I save by consolidating my packages?

Each package you ship individually incurs fixed fees (in the Caribbean this is usually around $40 per package). By consolidating multiple packages into one shipment, you cut down on those fixed fees, putting thousands of dollars per year back into your pocket.

How long does the consolidation process take?

Once we receive all your packages, consolidation typically takes 24–48 hours, after which we deliver them to your chosen Carrier for shipping to the Caribbean.

What Carriers does ShipSmart work with?

We work with major shippers serving the Caribbean, including Tropical Shipping, King Ocean Services, FourStar Cargo, E-Zone, Aeropost and Home Shopping.

How Long Can My Packages Stay at the Warehouse?

We provide free storage for up to 15 days for individual packages before consolidation.
After that, a $3.50 per day storage fee applies.

For consolidated shipments, we offer 3 days of free storage after consolidation.

After this period, a $5 per day storage fee applies. To avoid extra charges, we recommend shipping your packages as soon as they’re ready!
